1. I HAVE A DATE! I HAVE A DATE! :D :D :D :D We're going to go out for lunch and watch a movie in Camp Hill. :D :D :D :D :D I am so excited. So excited, in fact, that I called Mum, which brings us to number two.

2. I happened, when I called Mum, to say something along the lines of 'so I finished my double-batch of cookies for the bake sale. When should I take them over?'. To which she ellipsed, and then said, 'Hon. The bake sale was this morning. I--totally thought you knew that'. ^_^;;;! I didn't! So, that brings us to number three.

3. I have a double batch of chocolate-chip toffee-bit cookies! And nothing to do with them! ...First person to comment gets a care package. :D No nuts or nut byproducts. Half of them are going to Miss Kylee, natch, but the other half are up for grabs. ^__^ Any takers?

4. I have a date! ^____________________________^ A platonic date with an absolutely fantastic woman. I NEVER DO THIS. I never make a date to meet a friend and see a movie. I did it, like, once. With Taira, right, lovey? But that's it. This is the first time I've gone 'HEY, SMART COOL PERSON I KNOW, HOW ABOUT I TAKE US TO A MOVIE? :D'. I'm so exciiiiiiited. ^___________^!!!!!

5. In case you aren't going to rid me of these cookies (seriously, I'm begging you. they have no home. the horses will eat them if no one takes them), I tried a little of the batter, and I have to say, this is one of the best batches I've ever made. Wow. O_O I don't, as a rule, like cookie dough a whole lot. Maybe it was the ratio of butter to oil, but eep. They're good! They're really good!

6. Cleaned the kitchen! :D Now I am going to watch a bad movie.

7. The time on my journal is off. *blinks*

Ian! Who is in my Early Modern Lit class. I helped him find Student Health once. I saw him when I was going to the library and ended up talking to him for about two hours. (I didn't accomplish anything today mostly because I talked to him, then watched Terminator 2 for two hours, then spent two hours with a debilitating headache.) We talked about our professor, Milton, our mutual dislike of feminism, period Shakespeare, Othello, Iago's sekrit love for Othello, Hamlet and various film versions thereof, the Catholic v. Protestant question, and other things that I don't remember. ^____^

He does! I mentioned it tenatively (after I'd already mentioned LVC and Dorian) and he went "That's something we didn't talk about in class, but I thought we should have!" And I went "EEEEE :D" It was very--unexpected. (*snuggles* It was two hours by the clock, but I don't remember it. I'm hoping that means I fell asleep briefly, because that is usually a good way of dealing with migraines.)

XD XD XD Oh, geez. It is a good film based off of a bizarre and bizarrely graphic cult novel. It has a lot of senseless violence and a surprise ending.

Before I thought maybe he just thought I was weird, but now I think that maybe he's weird too. XD We also talked about sci-fi in there somewhere. I was on my way to watch a film. (--sigh. I've read 50 pages of Paradise Lost, too, so that's good, but I also still have a 1-page response for Medieval Lit, and a 4-page paper on Milton and Anne Bradstreet. I also have about 50 pages of reading for Germanic and a short story for sci-fi, but I'm planning to do those between classes on Monday. *whines* Please tell me it's only Saturday.)
