They accepted me. And they gave me a scholarship.

I'm going to college.

Also, one of Paul's sheep dropped two lambs this week. Their tails haven't been clipped yet, and they're so long they reach the ground. They even stood still long enough for me to get some photographs.

And on the way home we saw a tom turkey in the tree over the Mahantango.

Neat - have you already got people raising eyebrows about the combination? (I know I still get people having 'wtf' moments because my A-levels (that's what you do 16-18 here) are maths, physics and classics...

No, because I'm not telling anybody about it. XD Only the pre-med part. (I can see how that would happen, although I really think it's a combination of your interests...!)

(At the time I took the view that I was good at maths/physics and interested in classics, and the point of the classics was to keep me awake. Later I discovered that really I should've stuck with the classics stuff - but there you go... *sigh* all a rather long time ago now... I don't half feel old today.)
